It is said 24h frontdesk, but when the restaurant closes, the reception closes as well, I had to change my agenda to arrive on time. Rooms are basic, not very comfortable. Internet very expensive and didnt work, I ask back the 7 eur I paid for the internet access, but the lady serving breakfast said she couldnt do that.
